I am trying to use my older 4 channel Futaba radio as the student with my new 7C and it's not working, what's wrong?
Some very old units, made before 1997 are just not compatible with current technology. The 7C will work fine with any Futaba radio made after 1997, and there is no need for any modifications to the 7C.
If you do not have another transmitter to use as a student other than the Conquest or the blue lettered 4VF, then you can send the radio into our Service Center and we can modify this so that it will work with the 7C.
