As always there are a variety of ways to do this. The simplest one is using throttle curve's low end feature, and set up a low end throttle adjustment at point 1 only volume on the left slider.

| Close menu and test to see if operating high or low end | N Q I Set throttle to idle and try slider. If it does not adjust the idle, continue to next step. |
| Reverse the throttle curve's command from upper throttle to lower throttle if required | Select Throttle Curve | O D K |
| Go to volume and reverse: | O P N |
| Close menu | N R |
| Turn off regular throttle trim if you don't wish to have both affect throttle trim. | Go to Function Menu: | P B K |
| Select Throttle | O G |
| Select Trim and make it Null | Q E |
