I notice in the manual that it talks about the grouping of channels such as 1 thru 3 and 4 thru 6...what does this mean and why is it set up this way?
Futaba has grouped channels that we felt had more in common with each other in groups, such as channel 1: throttle, channel 2: rudder, and channel 3: gyro. This offers a much faster response time.
You will see that the 12Z's channel allocations are nothing like our other radios. While you can change any of the settings as you wish, you will realize the faster response times that this radio was designed for if you go with the settings allotted.
