I am having a problem getting Throttle Hold to work in all throttle positions. I have tried for hours to get this set and am not having any luck, what am I doing wrong?

You will find that you can set Throttle Hold if you go into your Model Menu and set it from there. While you can access this from the linkage menu, you will not be able to edit here.
