12Z Radio System FAQ

I have noticed a green indicator of some type on the bottom of my 14MZ/12Z's lithium battery. Sometimes I see it, other times I don't. What is this?

What you are seeing is an indicator letting you know that the battery has been inserted into the Lithium Ion charger that came with your radio system. When the battery is removed from your transmitter, this indicator is slid into a "closed" position. This lets you know simply by looking at the back of your battery that it most likely needs to be charged. Upon insertion and removal into the charger, the indicator is pulled back into an "open" position, letting you know that THIS battery has been on the charger.
