How can I do a flap to elevator mix?
The 6X has programming just for flap-to-elevator mixes. It is labeled as 6-2.
- Turn on the transmitter
- Open the menu (press 2 mode keys together)
- Arrow up to 6-2
- Cursor over until INH blinks
- Press + to activate
- Cursor over to the %. If you want up elevator with up flap, leave this positive. If you need down elevator with up flap, make it negative by pressing the - key.
- Cursor over to %
- Change the percentage as desired to get the correct amount of elevator movement with your flap movement.
- Cursor over to the word SET
- Turn the dial to the position in which flaps would normally be set during regular flight, where you want NO mix occuring. Press the + and - keys together here to SET this flap position as the center.
