Can I move the Timer from one switch to another, and also can I make it count both Up and Down?
Yes, to both questions. Just go into the Basic menu and Dial through to the third page. When you press the dial you will see the switch selection and Mode selection areas. This is where you will set this up exactly how you would like them.
