Radio System FAQ

How can I set up V-Tail mixing and still have a nosewheel that does not respond to the elevator input?

You will first want to activate V-Tail mixing, then you will need to do a Pmix. This will be from channel 4 as Master to channel 6 as Slave (this is your steerable nosewheel). You will want to make this active at %100 both ways, do not assign this to a switch but leave it Null so that it is always on. Next you will want to make sure that the channel 6 knob is inactive, so do a 2nd Pmix, this time from channel 6 as Master to channel 6 as Slave, and make the percentages both ways -100%. This will totally negate the channel 6 knob for you.

Now you should be good to go.
