Radio System FAQ

How do I set up CCPM on an 8U non-super?

The 8U super has programming specifically for CCPM. The 8U non-super did not. To do CCPM mixing on this radio you will need to set it up manually using p-mix. Please see below.

For a 120-degree, three-servo CCPM

  1. Channel Order: Aileron 1 = CH1, Aileron 2 = CH6, ane Elevator = Ch2
  2. In PARA. select HELI SWH2
  3. Activate PMIX-1, mix PIT>ELE, +100% +100%, OFST 0%, and SW-A NULL
  4. Activate PMIX-2, mix ELE>PIT, -30% -30%, LINK ON, TRIM ON, OFST 0%, and SW-A NULL
  5. Inhibit HOV-PI

For 180-degree and 90-degree elevator CCPM do the same as above, but omit step 4 (do not activate PMIX-2).
