Find The Perfect Radio:

Radio System FAQ

When using a 2-servo function like Ailevator with digital servos, I notice a small lag in the response time of the second servo. How can I fix this?

Be sure the 2nd servo is not reversed in the servo reversing screen. This will increase this delay.

ALL radios show this lag (the 9Z is the industry leader in absolutely minimizing it), but it is so minute that only digital servos will make it readily noticeable. Please note that for all but the very VERY best precision flyers in the world, this lag will have no noticeable effect on your flying.

If you want to be completely free of this lag, you have just 2 choices:

  1. Go to a y-harness (and an inline servo reverser if needed);
  2. Utilize the 9Z transmitter, which has an accelerated frame rate around center stick for this very reason. The lag is so minimal with this radio that it literally requires instrumentation to measure the lag.
