Radio System FAQCreating a dual rate which is turned on/off by a stick position rather than a switch:There are 2 ways to do this. If all you want is a rate change with this, then dual rate circuits work fine. If you're going to want to make tirm and other changes as a part of this changeover, then create a second condition. Option 1 - Dual Rate:Go to the dual rate circuit you want to work this way. (condition menu) Make the dual rate active Set the desired channel (example aileron) Set the desired rate for each side of this channel's travel (ex: A = left aileron B = right aileron) Go to the Switch/Stick Setting Screen Select Stick screen (STK) Choose the desired stick Set the desired trigger point That's it! Repeat the process for the other 2 surfaces if needed. Option 2 - Create a second condition:See the FAQ for how to make a new condition, copy your desired existing condition into the new condition, and then set the trigger for the new condition as a stick position (like above with the dual rate) instead of a switch position. Go into the second condition, and set the desired AFRs (this is the rate your model is now going to obey whenever you are in this condition). Adjust other offsets, mixes, etc as needed. |
