1) a completed rebate request form.
2) your original cash register receipt or invoice.
3) the original proof-of-purchase from the packaging to the address below.

Getting your rebate is just that easy, but you need to remember this: all three items must be sent and postmarked by January 31, 2010.

Futaba "FASST Blast" Rebate Offer — Official Rules

1. Rebate offer is available only to individuals who are residents of Canada or the U.S., and cannot be combined with any other offer. Requests from: Hobbico® employees; Hobbico-sponsored team members; retailers; organizations; and other groups will not be honored. Offer void where restricted or prohibited by law.
2. Hobbico/Futaba reserve the right to change or cancel the promotion at any time. Items are subject to availability. Offer is good only as long as supplies last.
3. Only purchases of new Futaba FASST 2.4GHz radio systems made from October 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009 qualify for rebate. Purchases of used, auction, auction web site and scratch & dent systems do not qualify.
4. Purchases must be made from authorized Great Planes hobby dealers or online retailers.
5. Customer must submit all three of the items below for each rebate requested.
— A completed FASST Blast rebate request form Note: purchases made from authorized Great Planes hobby dealers also require validation.
— An original cash register receipt or invoice showing the date.
— An original proof-of-purchase from the product packaging. Photocopies will not be accepted.
Duplicate submissions, incomplete submissions and submissions containing combined offers will be discarded.
6. All materials in #5 must be sent and postmarked by January 31, 2010.
7. Rebate is offered in the form of a merchandise certificate, which is:1) good only at the original place of purchase, and; 2) only for products from these fine companies: AquaCraft™ Models, Constructo®, Coverite™, DuraPlane™, DuraTrax®, Dynaflite™, ElectriFly™, FlightPower™, FlyZone™, Fuji-Imvac™, Futaba®, Globee™, Goldberg™, Great Planes®, Heli-Max™, Hobbico®, Mind Crafts™, MuchMore Racing™, Model Maker™, O'Donnell™ Racing, O.S.® Engines, Professor Big Brain™, SuperTigre®, Team Checkpoint®, Top Flite®, Trefl®, U.S. AirCore®, VS Tank® or X-Cell® Furion™ products made by Miniature Aircraft®.
